Providing booze to minors (under 21), apprentices, servants, Indians, insane or idiotic persons or habitual drunkards: fine of $50 per offense, the informant gets half, and license revoked. Adulterating booze (strychinne, strontia, sugar of lead, other poison) $250 fine per offense, license revoked.

County has a preferential lien on any property of a business convicted of evading the license fees and can seize and sell same to satisfy the fees, plus costs involved in the process. General fine for not getting a required license, $10-100.
